1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Green Line Relocation and Systems' services or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services
We provide relocation services including packing, local and long-distance moving, piano relocation, and labor. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided at time of quote and may depend on labor hours, items, distance, and special requirements. Payment terms, deposits, and billing will be outlined in your agreement.

4. Scheduling & Coordination
You agree to provide accurate move details and grant reasonable access to premises. We’ll communicate to confirm schedules; delays or additional fees may apply for changes or unforeseen complications.

5. Liability & Claims
We are licensed with USDOT under license number 2268422, expiring May 9 , 2026 Better Business Bureau. While we strive for care and professionalism, accidental damage or loss may occur. Please review our claims policy; any issues must be reported promptly per the procedure we provide.

6. Dispute Resolution
As a BBB-accredited company rated "A" Better Business Bureau, we value addressing customer concerns. For unresolved disputes, customers may file complaints via the Better Business Bureau.

7. Service Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify or cancel services for safety or operational reasons. Clients can cancel or reschedule under terms provided at booking.

8. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting or direct notice; continued use constitutes agreement.
